1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, "lott9", "we" or "platform" refers to the lott9 website accessible at lott9.org and all services related to it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who uses or accesses lott9 services whether through the website, mobile application or any other digital medium provided.

"Account" means the individual profile created by a user upon completing the registration process. "Real Money" refers to RM (Malaysian Ringgit) deposited by the user into their account for betting purposes. "Bonus" is credit or promotional benefit granted by lott9 to users subject to the wagering requirements set.

2 Registration Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use lott9 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

lott9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport, as part of the account verification process.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the lott9 platform are subject to the following provisions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per payment method;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request;
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH;
• Approved withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour once all verification requirements have been met;
• lott9 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for security review purposes if required.

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). lott9 does not charge users any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, however the payment provider may impose their own charges.

4 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

lott9 offers various promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements set and must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.

Welcome Bonus: Your first deposit is eligible for a 150% bonus up to a maximum of RM888. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150 bringing your account balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value, meaning RM150 × 15 = RM2,250 must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. If your first deposit is RM1,200, the credited bonus is RM888 bringing the balance to RM2,088, and the wagering requirement is RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;
• lott9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice;
• Misuse of promotions, including opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure;
• Weekly VIP cashback depends on membership tier: Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%.

5 Game Rules and User Conduct

Use of the lott9 platform must be for personal entertainment purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or any tool that replicates human behaviour;
• Attempts to hack, disrupt or alter the lott9 platform systems;
• Sharing login credentials with another party;
• Any form of falsification, fraud or action that could compromise the integrity of a game;
• Money laundering through betting activities on this platform.

lott9 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of every game. Game results are final and cannot be altered once the game has ended unless a verifiable technical error occurred.

If a user is not satisfied with the internal decision, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body recognised by our licensing authority.

lott9 does not override any legal rights users hold under applicable local law. Any provision in these terms that conflicts with such law will be unenforceable to the extent of that conflict only, while all remaining provisions continue in full force.
